Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced

SAP IBP / SAP ePPDS Consultant

to provide

L2/L3 Application Management Services (AMS)

support for SAP S/4HANA production planning and supply chain solutions. The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution, configuration, root cause analysis, enhancements, integration support, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs. Key Responsibilities Provide

L2/L3 AMS support

for SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA Embedded ePPDS. Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, defects, and production issues within agreed SLAs. Perform

RCA

and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues. Configure and support SAP ePPDS functionalities including: Planning Procedures Heuristics Optimizer Product View DS Planning Board Capacity Planning Scheduling Profiles Support SAP IBP functionalities related to: Demand Planning Supply Planning Response & Supply Inventory Planning S&OP; Key Figures and Planning Areas Support master data including

PDS, Resources, Work Centers, Production Versions, Location/Product Master and Supply Chain Master Data . Work on change requests, enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities. Support integration between

SAP IBP, ePPDS, SAP PP, MM, SD, QM and other SAP systems . Coordinate with business users, ABAP, Basis, integration, and functional teams for issue resolution.



Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation where required. Support UAT, regression testing, hypercare, release and transport activities. Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in

SAP IBP and/or SAP S/4HANA Embedded ePPDS . Strong understanding of

Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling and Supply Chain Planning . Hands-on experience in ePPDS: Heuristics Optimizer Product View Planning Board Capacity Planning Alerts & Exception Management Robust knowledge of SAP IBP: Demand Planning Supply Planning Response & Supply Key Figures Planning Areas Planning Operators Integration Experience with

PDS, master data, planning strategies and resource scheduling . Knowledge of

SAP Fiori applications

related to ePPDS/IBP. Experience with integration between

SAP IBP and S/4HANA/ePPDS . Familiarity with

CIF concepts

where applicable. Good understanding of ITIL-based AMS processes: Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management. Preferred Skills Experience in

SAP IBP + ePPDS integration . SAP S/4HANA implementation or AMS experience. Exposure to SAP IBP integration with SAP PP/MM/SD/QM. Experience in global AMS/support projects. Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills. Mandatory Skills SAP IBP / SAP ePPDS, S/4HANA, Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Heuristics, Optimizer, Planning Board and AMS/L2-L3 Support.
