Qualification:

BE Mechanical with minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the field of Rotary Equipments or Mechanical Seals, can also be considered based on the overall aptitude.

Job Responsibilities:

n

Selected candidate will serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. Travelling to customers spread across Gujarat and neighbouring region.

n

n

Selected Candidate shall perform the following Job Duties:

n

n
- Experience in the sales and service industries for products like Mechanical Seals, Pumps, AMKR, or any other rotating equipment.
n
- Identify current and future customer requirements for mechanical seals by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand mechanical seals requirements.
n
- OEMs and End-user sales in the Gujarat and neighbouring region. Develop end-user customers in the defined region.
n
- Pursue the aftermarket business of Sealmatic installations in the region.
n
- Actively promote Isomag product at the end-user level, both pump and non-pump equipment.
n
- Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
n




- Establish new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
n
- Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment, engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
n
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
n
- Submit offers by conferring with technical support staff.
n
- Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
n
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
n
- Maintain skilled and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
n
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
