JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Senior Playwright Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our application using API automation, with a specific focus on modern automation practices. The ideal candidate is someone who balances robust testing strategies with a passion for efficient automation using Playwright and TypeScript. Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Execution: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript. API & Backend Testing: Perform comprehensive API and backend testing to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and seamless integration. Dynamics 365 SCM Validation: Validate business logic and workflows within Dynamics 365 SCM environments (Advantage). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and define robust acceptance criteria.



Continuous Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid feedback cycles. AI: Leverage AI tools to convert and generate playwright scripts Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field. Automation Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with the Playwright automation framework using TypeScript. API/Backend Testing: Strong knowledge of API testing tools and backend testing methodologies. QA Fundamentals: A robust, foundational understanding of QA methodologies, life cycles, and best practices. Dynamics 365 SCM: Knowledge of Dynamics 365 in a Supply Chain Management context is a distinct advantage. AWS: Knowledge of AWS Stepfunction and Bedrock context is a distinct advantage. Added Advantages (Preferred Skills) Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks. Exposure to cloud infrastructure testing.
