contract finalization, contractor evaluation, billing verification, rate analysis,
budgeting, and project cost control. Proven ability to manage end-to-end contract
lifecycle from tender stage to contract closure while ensuring commercial and
contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities :Skills: residential, boq, contractual,real estate,project Contract Finalization & Administration Drafting and finalization of material + labour and labour-only contracts. Defining scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms & conditions. Contractor evaluation and comparative statement preparation. Issuing LOIs, work orders, and contract agreements. Managing contract amendments, deviations, and variation orders. Contract closure and reconciliation. Billing & Cost Control Verification of RA (Running Account) bills,



pre-final and final bills. Preparation and validation of deviation statements. Budget vs actual cost analysis and cost monitoring. Reconciliation of material and labour accounts. Monitoring project cash flow related to contractor payments. Rate Analysis & Estimation Detailed rate analysis for civil and finishing works. BOQ preparation and quantity verification. Market rate study and vendor negotiation. Extra/non-schedule item rate finalization. Project Coordination Coordination with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors. Participation in progress review meetings. Ensuring work execution as per contractual terms. Supporting management in dispute resolution and claim management. Real Estate industry Experience: 8+yrs
