We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer – Workplace Interiors to join our design team in Bangalore.

? Position: Senior Designer – Workplace Interiors
? Location: Bangalore
? Experience: 8–12 Years
? CTC: Up to ₹28 LPA
? Education: B.Arch / Bachelor’s in Interior Design
? Role: Individual Contributor
? Industry: Workplace / Interior Design
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
- Understand client requirements and develop design concepts and final briefs
- Create mood boards, furniture layouts and design development proposals
- Review drawings and coordinate with site/construction teams
- Select appropriate materials, finishes and furniture within project budgets
- Work closely with 3D designers to develop client presentations and visuals
- Coordinate with Sales,
Procurement and Construction teams for smooth project delivery
- Ensure design intent is maintained through execution and project closeout
?️ What We’re Looking For
✔️ 8–12 years of relevant experience in Workplace / Commercial Interiors
✔️ Strong understanding of workplace design and interior execution
✔️ Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is key
✔️ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools
✔️ Excellent design sensibility with strong technical understanding
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Strong communication, coordination and client-handling skills
