Role Description Hiring: Senior Design Admissions Counselor

We are looking for an experienced Design Admissions Counselor to provide end-to-end guidance for high-potential design aspirants joining our network.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Handholding: Guide prospective students and parents through course selection, portfolio expectations, application forms, and final college admissions.
- - Lead Conversion: Engage with qualified leads generated through our digital campaigns and outreach programs to achieve enrollment targets.
- - Admissions Mentorship: Conduct 1-on-1 counseling sessions, address queries regarding design careers (UI/UX, Product, Fashion, Communication Design, etc.), and resolve parent concerns.
- - Process Management: Track candidate lifecycles, ensure timely form submissions,



and maintain detailed CRM records.

- Requirements:

- Experience: 3–6+ years in education counseling, specifically targeting design, architecture, or creative arts domains.
- - Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of top design entrance exams, premier institutes, portfolio requirements, and career trajectories.
- - Skills: High empathy, excellent active listening, persuasive communication, and structured follow-up habits.

Qualifications
