? Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering and solution design workshops for Variant Configuration.
- Design and configure complex VC models, configurable materials, characteristics, classes and dependencies.
- Work on Super BOMs, Super Routings and dependency-based component/operation selection.
- Integrate VC processes with SAP SD, PP, MM, Pricing, MRP and Production Orders.
- Support end-to-end CTO, MTO and ETO business scenarios.
- Work on S/4HANA AVC and/or classic LO-VC implementations.




- Support LO-VC to AVC migration/transformation initiatives.
- Handle testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Coordinate with ABAP, integration and other SAP functional teams.
- Lead customer workshops and mentor junior consultants.

? Mandatory Requirements

✅ 8–12 years of overall SAP experience

✅ Strong hands-on SAP Variant Configuration experience

✅ Expertise in LO-VC and/or S/4HANA AVC

✅ 2+ end-to-end SAP implementation/rollout projects involving VC

✅ Strong PP & SD integration knowledge

✅ Hands-on experience with KMAT, Characteristics, Classes, Dependencies, Variant Tables, Super BOMs and Super Routings

✅ Robust understanding of CTO/MTO/ETO manufacturing processes

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
