Role Description The Senior Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for leading and managing client cases related to Canada immigration and visa services. This role involves conducting detailed eligibility assessments, advising clients on suitable immigration pathways, and preparing and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with current regulations.

The Senior

Consultant will guide clients through application processes, provide updates on case status, and address queries in a clear and timely manner. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants,



coordinating with internal teams to improve service delivery, and staying up to date with changes in Canadian immigration policies to offer informed, up-to-date advice.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Canada immigration processes, including eligibility assessment, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Proficiency in client consultation, case management, and advisory services within visa and immigration domains.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex regulations in accessible language.
- Ability to build trust with clients through professional conduct, integrity, and consistent follow-through.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or related fields; experience as a Senior or Lead Consultant is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, business, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in immigration consulting are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in Kerala, India, and collaborating with teams across different locations.
