Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Civil Engineer role is based in Nellore and involves leading the design, planning, and execution of civil works for residential and commercial projects.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will oversee site activities, review and approve engineering drawings, coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors, and ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role includes managing stormwater and drainage systems, monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues, and optimizing construction methods and materials.



The selected candidate will also mentor junior civil engineers, support quality control processes, and contribute to sustainable and cost-effective project solutions.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to prepare and review structural and infrastructure plans.
- Experience collaborating with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
- Strong Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of in office activities.
- Expertise in Stormwater Management, including drainage design, flood mitigation, and compliance with local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, Civil 3D or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in real estate, infrastructure, or building construction projects, preferably in residential and commercial developments.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and lead project teams.
