Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and managing strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base for Canada immigration and visa consulting services.

The Senior Business Development

Manager will conduct market research, develop and implement sales and outreach strategies, and manage the entire business development cycle from lead generation to conversion.

Responsibilities include leading presentations and meetings with prospective clients, collaborating with consulting and operations teams to refine service offerings, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports for leadership. The role also entails mentoring junior team members, ensuring consistent brand positioning, and contributing to long-term growth plans for the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills,



with experience driving revenue growth in services or consulting.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with immigration or visa consulting services, or related professional services, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in common office productivity tools and CRM software to manage pipelines and reporting.
