Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Biomedical Technical Executive with 5–12 years of hands-on experience in medical equipment technical support, installation, calibration, and client relations. This dual-role (technical service + revenue/target execution) involves maintaining high technical standards for critical medical devices while achieving performance and service revenue targets across assigned healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning: Lead the end-to-end installation, testing, and commissioning of biomedical devices and diagnostic systems at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Maintenance & Servicing:Perform preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of complex healthcare equipment to minimize downtime.

Technical Demonstrations & Training: Provide detailed technical demonstrations and train healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, technicians) on equipment operations and safety protocols.

Target Achievement & Business Growth: Drive business growth by achieving assigned sales, service contract (AMC/CMC), and spare parts revenue targets.





Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clinical accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of service complaints.

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain detailed service logs, calibration reports, and compliance documentation according to healthcare safety and quality standards.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bsc / BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, or related fields.

Experience: 5 to 12 years of proven track record as a Biomedical Service Engineer / Technical Executive in a hospital or medical device company.

Technical Skills: Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in life-support equipment, ICU devices, imaging, or laboratory instruments.

Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage targets, cross-sell service plans (AMC/CMC), and handle key client accounts.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer handling, and time-management capability
