Requirements
- Quality Control: Prepare specialty coffee and teas, ensuring consistency in flavor and latte art.
- Supervision: Oversee daily barista operations, including shift scheduling and opening/closing.
- Training: Mentor and guide Junior Baristas on techniques and service standards.
- Management: Lead inventory ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Service: Handle customer complaints and ensure effective service recovery.
- Compliance: Maintain equipment hygiene and enforce food safety (HACCP/FSSAI).
- Experience: 1–2+ years as a Barista with specialty coffee expertise.
- Skills: Proficient in milk texturing, brewing techniques, and POS operations.
- Education: Barista or F&B; certification preferred.
