? We're Hiring: Senior B2B Enterprise Sales Manager – BFSI? Noida | Work from Office | Full-time

Webnyay is looking for a Senior B2B Enterprise Sales Manager to own new business revenue across the BFSI segment — Banks, NBFCs, MFIs, Digital Lenders & Fintechs.

This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role. You will own the journey from prospecting → discovery → demos → negotiation → procurement → contract closure.

? What you'll own:

- Build and target key BFSI accounts
- Own revenue/quota targets and drive closed-won business
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals & events
- Conduct discovery calls and understand business pain points
- Deliver tailored product demos and solution walkthroughs
- Prepare proposals, commercials, ROI/value cases and RFP/RFI responses
- Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Handle objections, negotiations, procurement and legal/MSA coordination
- Maintain CRM, pipeline stages and weekly forecasting
- Build and manage outbound sequences using Apollo

✅ What we're looking for:
- 3–6 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- 2+ years of experience selling into BFSI
- Proven experience owning and closing deals, not just lead generation
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills




- Experience handling long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Working knowledge of CRM and pipeline management
- Strong hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & CRM
- Independent ownership mindset

Positive to have: Experience with SaaS, workflow/compliance platforms, debt collections, arbitration, grievance redressal or regulated enterprise solutions.
