Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure Platform Support Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in application and platform support across Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy, configure, upgrade, patch and support enterprise/vendor applications across environments.
- Manage applications hosted on Azure Windows Server VMs and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
- Troubleshoot application, Windows, SQL, connectivity, certificate and configuration issues.
- Handle performance tuning, monitoring, capacity planning and root cause analysis.
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Use Terraform for environment provisioning and PowerShell for automation.
- Support release management, production incidents, disaster recovery and application lifecycle activities.




- Collaborate with application, database, cloud, security and vendor teams.
