As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a highly capable Senior Associate in Technical Program Management (TPM) to bridge the gap between our customers, product vision, and engineering execution.

What You'll Do

- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the execution of technical programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
- Customer-to-Engineering Translation: Act as the primary technical interface between external customers and internal engineering teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across engineering, product, and operations to align priorities, unblock bottlenecks, and ensure seamless program delivery.
- Roadmap & Risk Management: Define program milestones, track dependencies, proactively mitigate risks, and provide transparent status updates to all stakeholders.
- Customer Communication: Manage customer expectations directly, ensuring absolute clarity around timelines, technical challenges, and launch progress.
- Process Optimization: Track program performance using key metrics and relentlessly drive improvements in our delivery workflows.

What We’re Looking For
