M C Bhandari & Co., Chartered Accountants, is looking for a qualified CA with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience for the role of Senior Associate.

This is NOT a role for someone looking to specialize in one function.

We're looking for a generalist by design who is energized, not overwhelmed, by variety. On any given week, you could be running a statutory audit, digging into a forensic investigation, reviewing internal controls, supporting a fund-raise or M&A; transaction, working on a valuation, advising on a FEMA matter, or handling an international taxation issue. The work will constantly rotate across disciplines, and you'll be expected to move between them with equal rigor — no single vertical to hide in, no repetitive routine.

Client Interface Is Core to This Role

This is not a back-office execution role. You will be the primary point of contact for clients on your engagements — leading discussions, managing expectations, presenting findings, and building the kind of trust that keeps clients coming back. Robust communication skills and comfort operating directly with promoters, CFOs, and senior client stakeholders are essential, not optional.

What We're Looking For

- Qualified Chartered Accountant, <2 years post-qualification experience
- Genuine comfort working across multiple, unrelated technical areas simultaneously
- Proven or demonstrable client-facing skills - confident, articulate, and professional in front of clients
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to take full ownership of engagements end-to-end
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and internal teams
- High accountability, low hand-holding
