About the Program
Skill-Ed is a volunteer-powered initiative that equips young people aged 18–24 with essential 21st-century skills through free IT training, and soft-skills development. By bridging the growing skill gap, we aim to empower underprivileged youth and enhance their employability, opening doors to brighter futures.
Role and Responsibilities
Primary Roles &
- Responsibilities:
- Volunteer Engagement - Support skilling initiatives by engagement and retention of skilled Volunteers.
- College &
- Institutional Partnerships -
Leading college outreach for onboarding institutions for Skill-ED implementation.
- Corporate Engagement - Support in building and managing partnerships with corporates to secure resources, employee volunteering, and impact delivery.
- Reporting &
- Documentation - Maintain accurate documentation, data analysis, and reporting to track outcomes and impact.
- Program Management - Coordinate training schedules, Liaise with trainers and institutions, Resolve implementation issues, Ensure smooth delivery across stakeholders.
Educational Qualification/Experience
- Any Graduate
- Relevant Experience (in years): 2–3 years (experience in College relations preferred)
Knowledge &
- Skill sets required
- Robust communication skills - English (verbal and written)
- Data analysis and reporting skills with good computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace)
- Stakeholder and partnership management capabilities
- Willingness to travel – locally and nationally
- Highly resourceful team-player, who is self-driven
- Positive computer knowledge and MS office skills
