Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Kore.ai, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Contact Center Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered virtual assistants, Agent Assist capabilities, and intelligent automation solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize contact center operations.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations, along with solid programming skills in Python and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered Agent Assist capabilities and intelligent AI agents to improve customer service and contact center operations.
- Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve AI accuracy, response quality, and user experience.
- Design, build, and maintain conversational AI applications using the Kore.ai platform.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge repositories, and third-party systems.
- Develop conversational workflows, business automation processes, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
- Build scalable backend services and integrations using Python and JavaScript.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and contact center operations teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously enhance AI agents to ensure reliability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement best practices for AI governance, responsible AI usage, and model lifecycle management.
- Stay current with industry trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Contact Center technologies.
