Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of architectural projects, overseeing concept development, detailed design, and coordination with consultants and internal teams. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves managing project workflows, preparing drawings and presentations, reviewing construction documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Architect will guide junior team members, participate in client meetings, and contribute to design reviews and technical discussions. The role also includes collaborating on integration of architecture with interiors and building systems,



and supporting research-driven design approaches aligned with the firm’s vision.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Integration and coordination of architectural concepts with interiors, structure, and building services.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Working knowledge of relevant Software Development and digital tools as applied to architecture (e.g., BIM platforms, parametric or computational design workflows).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred.
- Advanced skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior team members, with strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with projects in India and/or international contexts, and an interest in urbanism and research-oriented design is beneficial.
