We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and coordination for real estate and consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design development from concept to working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, management, and site teams.
- Handle statutory approval documentation and submissions.
- Review drawings for bye-laws, FAR/FSI, setbacks, parking, and fire compliance.
- Manage drawing revisions, documentation, and site-related design issues.

Requirements

- Strong experience in residential, villa, apartment,



luxury housing, or real estate projects.
- Excellent knowledge of working drawings and construction detailing.
- AutoCAD mandatory; Revit/SketchUp/BIM preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada.
