Why this role matters In your first year as Senior Analyst - Purchase to Pay, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of a high volume of invoices across global entities, directly impacting the integrity and efficiency of our Accounts Payable function. This role is essential to maintaining smooth payment cycles and compliance with internal controls, enabling Flora Food Group to keep delivering better food to kitchens worldwide. Your work supports procurement and finance teams, ensuring that every invoice is handled with precision and care, which helps us build a more sustainable and reliable supply chain.

What you'll do

- Execute end-to-end invoice processing activities, including purchase order and non-purchase order invoice posting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage invoice validation, manual postings, advance payments, and tax or value-added tax application across multiple countries.
- Resolve invoice queries and exceptions by collaborating with Procurement, Vendors, Payments, and Finance teams to unblock invoices and support payment timelines.
- Use SAP S/4HANA and workflow tools to track invoice lifecycles, maintain data integrity, and meet service level agreements and audit requirements.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the shared services environment.

Performance You will own the accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and internal controls. Your data-driven approach will reduce blocked invoices and exceptions, improving payment cycle efficiency and supporting financial reconciliation.



Your contribution will be measured by adherence to SLAs, audit readiness, and the smooth flow of purchase to pay operations.

This role reports to the Purchase to Pay Manager and works within a global shared services team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, and Vendor Management to ensure responsible and compliant invoice handling. Your decisions will reflect long-term thinking, supporting sustainable financial operations and building trust with internal and external partners.

You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and take ownership of your work to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
