Role Description The Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to optimize immigration-related workflows and decision-support tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and implementing advanced algorithms, building and training neural network models, performing data analysis and pattern recognition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into existing systems. The role also involves maintaining production ML pipelines, monitoring model performance, and ensuring data quality and compliance with internal standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with experience in designing efficient, scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for real-world AI/ML applications.




- Solid understanding of Statistics for model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python) and ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in domain-specific AI applications, such as workflow automation or decision-support systems, is an advantage.
