SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹34,000 per month

PRM Roadways Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to handle accounting activities, banking operations, and financial records.

Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Manage banking activities and bank-related transactions.
- Prepare bank payments, transfers, and other banking transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
- Prepare invoices and payment vouchers.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory entries.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with banks,



vendors, and customers regarding payments.
- Support audits and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Work with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of banking activities and bank transactions is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
