Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, drive statutory compliance, and deliver accurate daily management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoicing & Receivables: Manage billing, track outstanding balances, and conduct active customer follow-ups to maintain smooth cash collections.
- Payables & Vendor Relations: Handle vendor processing, ledger reconciliations, and payment scheduling.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Track and audit stock, inventory, and material movements across units.
- Banking & Cash Flow: Supervise daily petty cash, execute bank reconciliations, and track daily liquidity.
- Expense & Costing Support:



Monitor operational expenses and provide accounting and cost-analysis support for production/manufacturing operations.
- GST & Statutory Compliance: File and maintain GST, TDS, and statutory tax records to ensure audit readiness.
- MIS & Daily Reporting: Deliver accurate daily financial reports and operational metrics to executive management.

Requirements
- Education: B.Com / M.Com (CA / CMA Inter preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience (Manufacturing or Healthcare background preferred)
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of GST, statutory regulations, vendor management, and stock auditing
