- Strong detail-oriented individual able to efficiently analyze and resolve problems

- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and multi-task effectively

- Good experience working with numerous external teams to track and deliver solutions

- Coordination with customer team for the Onboarding of applications to Akeyless platform

- Creation and implementing change tickets

- Production deployment activities

- Production support activities for Akeyless including monitoring, key management, configurations etc

- Maintenance and review of Knowledge Base Articles, KOP, DLP runbook
