Role Description The Search Engine Optimization & Social Media Marketer will manage and optimize SEO and social media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, tracking performance metrics, and refining campaigns based on analytics. The role involves planning and executing social media content calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and coordinating with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency. The individual will monitor trends, competitor activity,



and platform updates to inform strategy and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Content Strategy.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaboration and client interaction.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research tools) and social media management platforms is beneficial.
- Understanding of PPC, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, along with basic knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reports, and adapt strategies to meet campaign goals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
