Coremile Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Cluster QC Manager to manage Quality Control operations across 10 dark stores in Bengaluru.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Manage end-to-end QC operations across multiple locations

n

• Ensure product quality, food safety & cold-chain compliance

n

• Monitor FIFO/FEFO and expiry management

n

• Conduct quality audits and implement CAPA

n

• Track quality metrics and resolve customer quality escalations

n

• Train store teams on quality standards

n

n

Requirements

n

• 3–5 years of experience in QC/QA, Operations or Compliance

n

• Experience in e-commerce/quick-commerce preferred

n

• Multi-site management experience is mandatory

n

• Bachelor’s degree

n

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

n

• Knowledge of food safety and cold-chain logistics

n
