Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive will manage and improve the online visibility and organic search performance of Abroad Gateway’s website and digital assets. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chandigarh, India, and involves conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO best practices, and performing regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement. The role includes planning and executing link building strategies, collaborating with content and marketing teams to optimize existing and new content, and tracking SEO metrics and reporting on performance.

The SEO Executive will also coordinate with social media marketing efforts to ensure consistent digital branding, stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes, and recommend actionable optimizations to drive quality traffic and leads.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and monitor technical and content-related issues.




- Candidates should possess practical experience in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building, such as outreach, acquiring quality backlinks, and managing off-page SEO activities.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support integrated digital campaigns and enhance online visibility.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools) and basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms is beneficial.
- Robust analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field, and prior experience in an SEO or digital marketing role is preferred.
