A day in the Life: Guide the team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Remove impediments that block the team's progress Shield the team from external distractions to ensure efficiency Keys to Success: Proven ability to lead and mentor Agile teams successfully Outstanding problem-solving skills to determine and address team challenges Ambitious attitude for achieving world-class performance Education - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Advanced certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). PMP would be good to have.
- Experience in software development or IT project management.





Experience Experience in leading Agile teams Proficiency in Scrum framework and principles Demonstrated success in collaborative environments Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile project management. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Solid understanding of Agile methodologies Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to foster a collaborative, self-managing environment Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment This position mainly involves working in the office with intermittent needs to participate in off-site meetings or events. The office setting fosters a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere, promoting agile methodologies and team collaboration. As a project Manager , the candidate should possess strong project management fundamentals, including scope, estimation, scheduling, tracking, risk and issue management etc. The project involves multiple tracks.

Experience of managing multiple tracks and integration teams is required.
