The Role A outstanding branded script doesn't feel like an advertisement.It feels like a great story where the brand naturally belongs.As a Scriptwriter, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and scripts for brand campaigns across YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and other digital platforms.

You'll work at the intersection of content, creativity, and marketing, creating scripts that entertain the audience while delivering the brand's message effectively.

What You Will Do

- Develop original concepts and storylines based on brand briefs.
- Write scripts for branded videos, product integrations, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
- Create strong hooks that capture audience attention within the first few seconds.
- Develop characters, situations, dialogues, conflicts, and story arcs that keep viewers engaged.
- Find creative ways to integrate products into stories without making the content feel overly promotional.
- Adapt scripts based on different brands, products, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Write content specifically designed for short-form and digital-first platforms.
- Work closely with the Brand, Creative, Production, and Marketing teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Understand the brand's communication objective and ensure it is clearly reflected in the script.
- Research current content trends, formats, competitors, and audience behaviour to generate fresh ideas.
- Take feedback from internal teams and clients and translate it into stronger scripts.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality scripts within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that scripts are realistic and production-friendly.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

We are looking for someone who:

Has 1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting,



advertising, branded content, digital media, or a related field.

Has excellent storytelling and creative writing skills.

Understands how to write for YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video platforms.

Can write engaging dialogues and create memorable characters.

Understands audience retention and knows how to build a story around a strong hook.

Can balance entertainment with brand messaging.

Is comfortable receiving feedback and rewriting scripts multiple times when required.

Can work quickly without compromising on creativity or quality.

Has a strong understanding of pop culture, internet trends, and digital content.

Is curious, proactive, and constantly looking for new content ideas.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience working with FMCG, EdTech, toys, food, consumer-tech, or kids' brands.
- Experience creating branded content for YouTube or Instagram.
- Experience working with creators, production houses, advertising agencies, or digital media companies.
- Experience writing for kids and family audiences.
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your storytelling and branded-content work.
