About the Role -

We are looking for a high-ownership SCM Executive to manage vendor coordination, procurement, and supply timelines for critical systems. This role is execution-heavy, requiring strong follow-ups, negotiation skills, and an understanding of technical components.

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor identification, onboarding, and relationship management
- Handling RFQs, quotations, comparisons, and negotiations
- Creating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs)
- Ensuring on-time procurement of mechanical, electrical, and RF components
- Managing lead times, delivery schedules, and delays
- Coordinating with internal teams (Design, Production, Testing)
- Maintaining vendor database and pricing records
- Supporting cost optimization and alternate sourcing
- Tracking inventory levels and avoiding stock-outs





Requirements

- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Supply Chain / Operations
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement / SCM / vendor management
- Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments preferred
- Strong skills in Excel, vendor follow-ups, and documentation
- Understanding of technical components is a big plus
