1. SAP WM End-to-End Process Be explicit on inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, transfer orders and goods movements.
2. MM-WM Integration Understand how Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management work together.
3. SD-WM Integration Know the flow from Sales Order Delivery Picking PGI.
4. WRICEF / RICEF Knowledge – Revise Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms, especially examples from your projects.
5. Enhancements – Prepare User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs and how you have used them in real scenarios.
6. AMS / Production Support – Be ready to discuss real WM/MM production issues, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Change Requests – Understand the complete lifecycle: requirement impact analysis development/configuration testing UAT transport production.
8. Technical Troubleshooting – Revise IDocs, BAPI, RFC, background jobs, dumps, locks and interface failures.
9. SAP Notes & Support Process – Know how you investigate standard SAP issues and use SAP Notes/OSS for resolution.
10. Customer & SLA Handling – Prepare to explain ticket prioritization, SLA, customer communication, escalation and handling critical production issues.
