? Key Responsibilities:• Design and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and provide effective HR technology solutions.
- Handle EC configuration, implementation, solution design & troubleshooting.
- Configure and manage Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management & MDF Objects.
- Work on internal & external Employee Central integrations.
- Understand client business processes and guide them through the implementation process.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support.
- Knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
