- No direct budget ownership. Supports the Germany primary lead with effort tracking| offshore capacity planning and utilisation reporting.
- Accountable for offshore status consolidation| action and dependency trackers| documentation quality and timely escalation of delivery risks or blockers.
- Requires standard offshore workstation with secure VPN access to life-sciences/crop-science client program governance and PPM tooling.
Essential Skills:
- Offshore delivery leadership for SAP S/4HANA deployment or rollout programs.
- Solid capability in status consolidation and reporting| dependency and action tracking| offshore team coordination and workload balancing| documentation and governance support| risk/blocker identification and escalation.
- Comfortable operating across time zones with an onsite primary lead.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
