Required Experience and Skills
Mandatory
•
10-16+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including technical leadership responsibility.
•
Technical leadership in at least three end-to-end SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and global-template or country-rollout delivery.
•
Strong expertise in ABAP Objects, modern ABAP, enhancement framework, CDS views, OData services, forms, workflows, interfaces, conversions, reports, and performance optimization.
•
Working knowledge of RAP, Fiori integration, released APIs,
business events, S/4HANA extensibility, and Clean Core principles.
•
Experience managing WRICEF / RICEFW demand, technical specifications, estimates, code reviews, quality controls, transports, testing, cutover, hypercare, and support transition.

Solid understanding of integration, data migration, authorization, security, application logging, monitoring, reconciliation, and operational support.
•
Ability to work effectively with SAP functional domains including FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PS, PM, EWM, GTS, TRM, RE-FX, and other relevant workstreams.
•
Strong analytical, architecture, facilitation, documentation, stakeholder-management, decision-making, and communication skills.
•
Professional fluency in English and willingness to work from one of the listed TCS India offices in accordance with project requirements.
