Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Hair Therapist, located in Gurgaon, India. The Hair Therapist will support the execution of tailored hair therapy regimens, and collaborate with senior team members to meet the unique needs of clients. Responsibilities also include maintaining treatment records, educating clients on products and aftercare, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment,



and staying updated on innovative hair care practices.

Qualifications

- A recognised diploma / certificate from a reputable vocational training institute in:

Hairdressing

Hair Styling

Beauty & Hair
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate clients on the importance of scalp care and recommend suitable products.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation best practices within a personal care environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking initiative on assigned tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to current hair treatment techniques and industry innovations.
- Relevant certifications or training in cosmetology, trichology, or hair care are preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
