SAP MM Functional Consultant / SME

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant / SME with strong expertise in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), SAP MM configuration, FI-MM integration, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across implementation, configuration, testing, client workshops, documentation, go-live, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the complete Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle:
- Purchase Requisition
- RFQ & Quotation
- Purchase Orders
- Goods Receipt
- Invoice Verification
- Payment process
- Perform hands-on SAP MM configuration across:
- Material Master
- Purchasing
- Purchase Orders
- Pricing
- Inventory Management
- Physical Inventory
- Invoice Verification
- Account Determination
- Organizational Structure
- Handle FI-MM integration, including:
- Automatic Account Determination
- GR/IR
- Goods Receipt Accounting
- Invoice Receipt
- Inventory Valuation
- Stock Posting
- Work on Inventory Management processes such as:
- Goods Receipt & Goods Issue
- Transfer Posting
- Stock Transfers
- Physical Inventory
- Stock Transport Orders (STO)
- Different Stock Types
- Manage Invoice Verification, including:
- MIRO
- GR/IR
- Invoice Blocks
- Invoice Processing
- Configure and support Special Procurement processes:
- Subcontracting
- Component Provisioning
- Consignment Procurement
- Vendor Consignment Stock
- Consignment Settlement
- Work on integration with SAP FI/CO, SD, and other SAP modules/external applications.
- Participate in:
- Requirement Gathering
- AS-IS & TO-BE Analysis
- Gap Analysis




- Solution Design
- Client Workshops
- Stakeholder Discussions
- Prepare functional documentation including:
- PDD / Process Definition Documents
- BPP / Business Process Procedures
- Functional Specifications
- Design Documents
- Test Scripts
- Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, Go-Live, and production support.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM
- Excellent knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay / P2P
- Strong SAP MM configuration experience
- Strong FI-MM Integration & Account Determination
- Experience in Inventory Management & Physical Inventory
- Experience in Invoice Verification / MIRO / GR-IR
- Hands-on experience in Subcontracting & Consignment
- Good knowledge of STO and Purchasing processes
- Strong functional documentation and testing experience
- Valuable client communication and workshop experience

Preferred / Added Advantage
- SAP S/4HANA MM experience
- FMCG / Consumer Products / Retail industry experience
- Experience in high-volume procurement environments
- End-to-end SAP implementation experience

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
