SAP IS-Auto / Proaxia VSS Functional Consultant with strong techno-functional capabilities to support and enhance our Automotive Aftersales landscape. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP IS-Auto DBM, Proaxia VSS, SAP S/4 HANA Automotive solutions , and automotive dealership operations.

The consultant will play a key role in solution design, implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of end-to-end Automotive Aftersales processes including Service Appointment Management, Workshop Operations, Parts Management, Warranty Processing, Vehicle Service Management, and Digital Customer Experience initiatives.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, OEM partners, project teams, developers, and integration teams to deliver scalable and innovative automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design &

- Configuration

Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations.

Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.

Labor Operations &

Vehicle Health Check (e VHC)

Customer Quotations &

Ensure adherence to SAP and Automotive industry best practices.

Business Process Analysis

Analyze existing automotive dealership processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities.

Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.

Requirements Gathering &

Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.

Support SAP S/4 HANA transformation initiatives and Proaxia VSS implementations.

Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production issues.

Debug SAP programs and collaborate with ABAP developers to resolve complex issues.

Azure Integration Services

Middleware Platforms (Boomi, CPI, PI/PO)

Testing &

- Quality Assurance

Develop test scenarios and execute:

Unit Testing

System Integration Testing (SIT)

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Validate business requirements and ensure solution quality.

User Training &

- Knowledge Transfer

Deliver end-user and super-user training.

Create knowledge articles, SOPs, and process documentation.

Provide continuous support to business users and support teams.

Production Support &

- Continuous Improvement

Provide L2/L3 support for Automotive Aftersales applications.

Analyze incidents and identify recurring issues.

Lead enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Ensure compliance with SLA and service delivery standards.

Minimum 5+ years of SAP Automotive experience.

Experience in SAP S/4 HANA Automotive transformations.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

SAP Certification(s) preferred.
