- Design, develop, test, and support ABAP developments in SAP HCM workplace.
- Develop and enhance HR reports using Classical, Interactive, and ALV Reports.
- Build and support HR-specific objects such as:
- Infotypes
- HR Logical Databases (PNP, PNPCE)
- HR Forms and Smart Forms
- Payroll Reports
- Develop Interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, Web Services, and Middleware integrations.
- Work on HR data extraction and integration with external systems.
