Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sap Finance Control Consultant role based in West Delhi. The consultant will configure, maintain, and support SAP FICO modules, ensuring accurate financial postings, reporting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying improvements, and designing solutions that align SAP functionality with finance and controlling needs, including CO-PA. The role involves collaborating closely with finance stakeholders, documenting functional requirements, performing system testing, resolving user issues,



and providing training and guidance to end users. The consultant will also support integration with other SAP modules and contribute to continuous enhancement of finance processes and system performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong SAP FICO skills, including configuration, support, and integration within finance and controlling modules.
- Candidates should possess expertise in CO-PA and related controlling processes to enable detailed profitability analysis and reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong Business Process understanding and Analytical Skills to assess current workflows, identify gaps, and design effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with finance teams and technical partners.
- Relevant experience implementing or supporting SAP in a healthcare or large enterprise environment is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in West Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business and technology requirements.
