Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Consultant with robust functional expertise in SAP Finance processes. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring and supporting SAP FI modules, conducting testing, and working closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Automotive domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP FI processes.
- Configure, implement, and support SAP FI functionalities based on business requirements.
- Work on:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Taxation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support financial reporting and statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
- Design, execute, and validate system testing and integration testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.




- Conduct or support end-user training and prepare relevant documentation.
- Analyze production issues and provide timely resolution and functional support.
- Coordinate integration of SAP FI with CO, MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants.
- Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support activities.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI.
- Good knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Taxation.
- Experience in month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Strong understanding of FI integration with CO, MM, SD, and PP.
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support.
- Ability to prepare and review functional specifications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred
- Automotive domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance will be an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP FI implementation/support projects is preferred.
