Minimum 4-8 years of experience in SAP ECM/OpenText Enterprise Content Management implementations and support.
At least one end-to-end SAP ECM/OpenText implementation project.
Solid hands-on experience in:
- SAP OpenText Extended ECM
- OpenText Content Server
- SAP ArchiveLink
- SAP Document Management System (DMS)
- Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Expertise in document lifecycle management including:
- Document creation
- Classification
- Version control
- Approval workflows
- Archiving and retention policies
Experience integrating ECM solutions with SAP business processes and modules such as:
- SAP MM
- SAP PM
- SAP FI
- SAP EHS
- SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of workflow configuration, document indexing, metadata management, and search capabilities. Experience working with authorization concepts, audit requirements, and compliance controls for document repositories.
Ability to prepare and review:
- Technical Specifications
- Solution Design Documents
- Test Scripts
- User Guides
- Knowledge Transfer Documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
