Experience: 7+ years overall, with 5+ years specifically in SAP MM

About the role:

You will work on SAP's Materials Management (MM) module — the part of SAP that handles purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, and vendor/material data. They will understand how a client's business works, set up SAP MM to match that business, fix issues, and support the client after go-live.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understand how the client's purchasing, inventory, and warehouse processes work.
- Set up the basic SAP MM structure — purchase organizations, storage locations, plants, and company codes.
- Study business requirements in detail and design the right SAP solution for them.
- Prepare documentation like the Business Blueprint and Gap Analysis.
- Configure key MM areas: Vendor Master, Material Master, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Pricing, Release Strategies, and Invoice Verification.




- Configure Inventory Management — goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, consignment stock.
- Set up Warehouse Management — storage types, bins, put-away/picking strategies, handling units, RF (barcode scanner) transactions.
- Design labels and barcodes for warehouse handling units.
- Handle cutover activities when moving from old system to new (data migration, number ranges, master data setup).
- Fix issues, apply SAP OSS notes, and do basic debugging when needed.
- Support the client's business team and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

What we're looking for:

- 7+ years overall experience, with 5+ years in SAP MM
- At least one full E2E implementation, one rollout, and one support project
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA
- Robust configuration skills across Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehouse Management
