Join Verdantas – A Top #ENR 81 Firm! We at Verdantas , looking for Data Migration Specialist to join our team. This role will provide critical support for migrating legacy ERP data into Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, reconciliation, and reporting readiness, leveraging SQL expertise, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to define data migration requirements. Analyze and map data structures between legacy systems and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint. Develop, test, and execute SQL-based migration scripts and procedures. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Execute production data migrations and provide post-migration support. Design and customize reports using Microsoft Visual Studio. Create and maintain workflows in Deltek Vantagepoint.



Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint. Skills : Technology: Advanced SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, ETL, Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint. Communication: Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Robust focus on data accuracy and validation. Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Confidentiality: Understanding of data security and compliance requirements. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in data migration and Microsoft SQL Server development. Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is required. Location : Pune
