Roles and Responsibilities:

n

- Monitor network health, identify faults, and troubleshoot connectivity and service-impacting issues across production environments.
n
- Analyze protocol behavior and resolve issues related to TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and RTCP.
n
- Support routing and transport environments involving BGP, MPLS, and QoS.
n
- Work with Cisco IOS-XR and Nokia TMOS based network environments for operational support and issue resolution.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to restore network services and maintain stable operations.
n

Skills Required:

n

n
- 8 to 15 years of relevant network engineering experience.
n




- Strong hands-on experience in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and RTCP.
n
- Practical experience in network monitoring and operational troubleshooting.
n
- Exposure to enterprise or service provider network environments with routing and transport technologies.
n
- Ability to support network incidents across Cisco and Nokia-based platforms.
n

Positive to Have:

- Cisco Certification, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, BGP, QoS, Cisco IOS-XR, Nokia TMOS.
n

n

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline.
