Role & responsibilities

- SAP BTP Development: 5 to 15 years of overall SAP technical or cloud development experience, including 3-5 years of hands-on SAP BTP development experience.
- Implementation Experience: Experience in at least one or two SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs where SAP BTP was used for application development, workflow, APIs, integration, or extensibility.
- BTP Services: Hands-on experience with SAP BTP application development, connectivity, destinations, authentication, authorization, role collections, and deployment concepts.
- Extensibility Strategy: Strong understanding of Key User Extensibility, Developer Extensibility, RAP-based service exposure, and BTP side-by-side extensibility.
- Clean Core: Ability to design BTP extensions that preserve the SAP S/4HANA core and use released APIs, events, and services where applicable.
- Workflow:



Experience with SAP BTP Workflow or equivalent workflow/orchestration capabilities for cross-application business processes.
- Integration: Understanding of REST, OData, APIs, event-driven patterns, SAP Integration Suite, and secure connectivity between SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Fiori Integration: Experience integrating BTP applications with SAP Fiori Launchpad and role-based user access.
- Testing and Deployment: Experience supporting unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and operational support transition.
- Documentation: Solid ability to prepare technical specifications, deployment documentation, unit test results, and KT materials.
