Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP HCM solutions using ABAP. Work on RICEF objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Develop HR-specific reports using logical databases such as PNP, PNPCE, and PAP.

Create ALV, classical, interactive, and executable reports. Develop and maintain interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, XML, and OData, where applicable. Work on enhancements using BADIs, user exits, customer exits, enhancement points, and implicit enhancements.

Develop and support HR forms using Smart Forms, SAPscript, Adobe Forms, or HR Forms. Work on data uploads and conversions using BDC, LSMW, BAPIs, and standard SAP programs. Support ABAP development related to PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.

Develop and maintain payroll-related custom objects, payroll reports, interfaces, and schema/PCR-related technical requirements. Analyse business and functional requirements and prepare technical specifications. Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.

Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions. Debug standard and custom SAP programs, user exits, BADIs, workflows, and interfaces. Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, integration teams, vendors, and business users.

Prepare technical documentation, test evidence, deployment notes,



and knowledge-transfer documents. Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and AMS/support projects.

Required Technical

Skills3–7 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP, preferably with SAP HCM/HR. Robust knowledge of ABAP programming and the ABAP Workbench. Hands-on experience in: Reports and ALVABAP Objects and Object-Oriented ABAPBAPIs, RFCs, and function modules BDC and data migration techniques Enhancements, BADIs, exits, and enhancement points IDocs and integration interfaces Smart Forms, SAPscript, or Adobe Forms Debugging and performance tuning Practical experience in SAP HCM technical development.

Positive understanding of HR infotypes, personnel numbers, organizational objects, and HR authorizations.

Experience with HR logical databases, HR read functions, and evaluation paths. Exposure to payroll-related development, payroll driver debugging, schemas, PCRs, and payroll results is preferred. SAP HCM Areas The candidate should have working knowledge of one or more of the following: Personnel Administration — PAOrganizational Management — OMTime Management — TMPayroll — PYEmployee Self-Service — ESSManager Self-Service — MSSHR interfaces and third-party system integrations Desired Qualifications Any Graduation.

SAP ABAP or SAP HCM certification is preferred.
