Role Description The Salon Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lonavala, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the salon within Della Resorts & Adventure. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and ensuring that all hair and beauty services meet brand standards and guest expectations. The role involves leading and coaching salon professionals, monitoring inventory and equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The Salon

Manager collaborates closely with hospitality teams to enhance guest experiences,



addresses guest feedback, and supports promotions or packages related to salon services. Administrative tasks such as reporting, coordinating training, and supporting hiring decisions are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and hair care, with the ability to guide and support salon professionals in delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage guests, understand their needs, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Experience in hiring and supervising salon or spa staff, including scheduling, performance oversight, and coaching for service excellence.
- Proven ability to manage salon operations, including inventory control, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and coordination with resort departments.
- Prior experience in a premium hospitality or salon environment is preferred; certification or diploma in cosmetology or related field is an advantage.
- Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and salon management systems for reporting and scheduling.
