About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Solar Sales Executive to grow our solar business across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial customers.

The right person should have good knowledge of the solar industry and be comfortable meeting customers, finding current leads, explaining solar solutions, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and develop new solar customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sources.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer power requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare and explain quotations and proposals.




- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams when required.
- Maintain good relationships with customers before and after the sale.
- Achieve a minimum target of 5 completed sales per month.
- Maintain regular sales reports and follow-ups.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in solar sales or a closely related field.
- Good understanding of solar PV systems and the solar market.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
- Ability to handle residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Must be target-driven and willing to travel for customer visits.
- A valid driving licence is required.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Minimum target: 5 sales per month
- Incentive: ₹2,000 for every additional sale above the monthly target, payable after successful order completion.
- Bike and Petrol provided for work-related travel
- Chance to earn more through performance-based incentives.
