Mission

SAM Check

- Responsible for SAM checks and vehicle-level packaging validation using 3D CAD/DMU data.
- Perform clearance, clash, accessibility, assembly, and serviceability checks.
- Validate components including engine, transmission, suspension, exhaust, fuel system, battery, wiring harnesses, seats, instrument panel, doors, bumpers, and underbody components.
- Check tool access, fastener accessibility, component removal/installation, assembly sequence, and maintenance requirements.
- Identify and resolve hard/soft clashes, clearance issues, and integration concerns with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, CAE,



Quality, Packaging, and Supplier teams for issue resolution.
- Support DMU reviews, prototype builds, engineering changes, and virtual validation.
- Ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, serviceability, and vehicle-level integration requirements are achieved.
